Janis Middleton is an executive leader whose career spans strategy, culture, inclusion, communications, and brand. Her foundation is 20+ years in advertising — a career that moved from social strategy to media, and ultimately to building the client inclusion strategy at 22Squared, an Atlanta, Georgia-based ad agency, where she served as Chief Inclusion Strategy Officer. She works at the intersection of those disciplines — the place where organizations either come together or quietly come apart.
